The Corrigan Fellowship

Hemingway with glasses in mid-life

The Corrigan Fellowship provides $1,000 to support a scholar working on a doctoral dissertation, book-length scholarly manuscript, scholarly edition, or significant digital humanities project devoted significantly to the life and/or work of Ernest Hemingway.  The purpose of the award is to encourage work by emerging scholars who show promise of making a long-term contribution to Hemingway studies. Priority consideration will be given to graduate students, pre-tenure and non-tenure-track faculty, and scholars working in alternative academic careers; tenured and emeritus faculty are unlikely to be funded. (This award is still in the fund-raising stage and is not yet accepting applications.)
