To register for the conference you must have (or add with this registration) a paid up membership through July 26, 2020, the end of this conference. Late registration begins May 15th with a $50 late registration fee automatically added. There is no late registration fee for adding optional events that remain open.
Once you have registered as a member you may register companions at the same time. Just place all registrations in your cart before making a payment. After your payment is processed you may return at any time to add additional optional events that remain open.
After late registration begins (May 15th) you will be able to add optional events on a first-come, first-served, space available basis for guests who are not registered for the conference.
NOTE: Driving a car while in the conference area is HIGHLY recommended. For those who prefer not to drive see the Travel Options Webpage before registering.
REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY: Registrations cancelled within 30 days of the conference, for any reason, are fully refundable. Registrations cancelled 10 days or less prior to the conference, except for existing medical reasons, are not refundable.
